My brother and I bought a house together I no longer live there and haven't for almost 3 years how do I get my name off of there house I believe he just refinanced last year is there anything else I can do ?

You can sign a quitclaim deed and transfer your share of the property to your brother. This will help you in getting rid of that property ownership.
