Mother died without leaving a will and I must sell my intertest in this porprty to get disablity for myself and with me in it I cannot get it.
Can this help me in this my rights in getting help with my disabilty?

As far as I can understand from your question, you want to sell the property. As your mother is deceased, you will have to first transfer the property in your name and then sell it. In order to do this, you will have to file an Affidavit of heirship in the county recorder's office.
