my mother passed away house was in my bothers name he passed away be fore her my bothers wife is still alive my mother had kids alive got nothing grandson came in took every thing how can that happen ty

If your mother transferred the property to your brother, then he became the sole owner of the property. After his death, his heirs will have the right to take over the property.
