house has no mortgage but 3 people on deed but I want to change my name to some one else .one of the other person doesn't care the other does. can I still do a quick claim my name is the only thing changing.
You can transfer your share of the property to someone else but as others are involved it will be better to inform and take their permission.

I agree with what Niicss has said. It will be better if you could convince the other owner so that he accepts the person to whom you are transferring the property.
