me and my sister owns a property, half and half, she died and had no will and 7 kids, 5 still living-I bought out the 5 living kids, the 2 dead kids have children and those children do not want to sell their part, what can I do?

Unless they want to sell off their part, you won't be able to claim their share of the property. They will have ownership to that property similar to that of you.

You can even contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this regard. He may be able to let you know whether or not there is some other way to convince them to sell off their part.
