Hi Elizabeth,

Welcome to the forums. You have bought a home purchased a home for $2,500? As the title is clear you can simply quitclaim it to LLC. Take help from an attorney to prepare the deed and make the Quitclaim Deed valid. Feel free to ask if you have any further questions.

Best of luck,
Larry

Hi Gina!

You can contact your real estate agent who will help you while title transfer. Or you can also consult a title transfer company for this. You will have to execute a quitclaim deed in this respect.

Thanks,

Jerry
