my question is me my brother and sister are owners of a home my sister just recently passed away how do we go about getting her name off the house?she does have a son which he agrees to sign off on the house but we don't know what to do..

You may have to get a NOC from your sister's son and then file an affidavit of heirship at the county recorder's office in order to remove her name from the property deed.
