I would like to know how to take my name off a loan for a time share? I want to buy a house and they said i couldnt because my name was on the loan for time share. My husband is fine continueing to pay and is on the loan is there a fast and easy way ( lol yet right but ill be hopeful) that we can get my name off the loan or do we have to lose everything.

No, you won't be able to take your name off the mortgage. You'll need to refinance the note into your husbands name to get you off the note.
