My aunt and I applied for a shared ownership property. Now she wants to remove her name on our mortgage and housing association. I have no problem about this and we both want to do it. What should we do?

your aunt needs to sign a quitclaim deed in your name and then you need to refinance the mortgage in your name. this two things will remove her name from the deed and the mortgage. however, in order to refinance the property, you should have a good income and credit score. otherwise the lender will not be ready to refinance the loan in your name.
