i have been divorced for 2 years but divorce did not include property rights so we still both own the home she is living in it now do i still have the right to ask it be sold and she buy me out
This should have been determined by the divorce attorney. Check the divorce decree to see if there is anything about that home. If not, then you will need to check with your divorce attorney.
