I LIVE IN THE HOUSE THAT MY MOTHER AND FATHER LEFT WHEN THEY PASSED. MY SIBLINGS LIVE OUT OF STATE AND I LIVE IN THE HOUSE BUT THEY WANT TO COME AND TAKE OVER WHEN THEY COME TO VISIT AS IF I AM NOT EVEN THERE AND TAKE OVER THE HOUSE I.E MAKE CHANGES WITH OUR CONSULTING ME
Hi sonjalong,

If your name is mentioned on the property deed, then you would be considered as an owner of the property. Your siblings will not be able to remove you from the property. If they do so, that would be considered as illegal.

Thanks
