My daughter forged my signature on a Power of Attorney for Property. She also went to my bank and withdrew $4,000.00. She also took me to Georgia against my will.
What can I do?? I am 83 years old.

It is illegal to forge a person's signature on any document. It would be better if you could contact an attorney and file a lawsuit against your daughter.
