my mother filed bankrupsy court wanted 5000 for her to keep house I paid the amount to the lawyer to purchase house back from court. How do I now get house in my name and my mothers off of it..

Your mother may have to sign a quitclaim deed and give you the property. This will also remove her name from the property deed.
