Silent deed

Posted on: 09th Aug, 2013 12:39 am
Hello there... How will I be able to get a silent deed to a house?
Well, it should be noted that in order to stop any kind of actions, oppositions, etc. to the title of the property, the option of silent deed or quiet title is available. When you are not sure whether or not the property tile is free and clear, you can file for quiet title. You can contact a real estate attorney and he will help you with it.
