Will I be able to transfer the property title to my sister in one day and also get a new title to the property on the same day?
Things won't work so fast at the county recorder's office. The recording of a deed may take 2-3 business days. So, I don't think you will be able to get the new title on the same day.
Its a known fact that legal/governmental processes work at snail's pace. And what you are expecting is next-to-impossible.
