I own a time share paid for in full ,Idont use it and want to stop having to pay yearly maintenance fee what can i do It wont sell i tried HELP please
For the time share, you have to pay the yearly maintenance fee. If you find it difficult to pay the maintenance bill, it would be wise to sell it.
There are companies out there that will purchase your interest in the timeshare. You may trade, or sell. Google time share purchasing lenders or some combination. Good Luck
I transferred my timeshare via quitclaim deed to the HOA billing me.
