Does Title companies function for lenders ?
I don't think so. Title companies don't solely function for the lenders. Individual consumers can also take their help regarding title issues.
Title companies represent their clients of, residential, lenders, banks, insurance companies, real estate offices, real estate developers, etc. Not limited to just mortgage companies.
