Hello there... I need to know if I can will my house, which has a mortgage, to my boyfriend without him qualifying for the mortgage?
You can will the property to anyone you feel like irrespective or whether or not that person will be able to qualify for the loan. It should be noted here that the will comes into affect after the death of the person.
