to get paid on this site you have to be a mentor? im confused. i just noticed a dollar sign under my name and i looked through and it says thats you can get paid? thats cool, gives back to everyone as well but how do you go about getting paid and do you have to be a mentor?

As far as I know to get paid from this site you need not be a mentor. Whenever a member posts as a registered member, he gets paid. I'd like to say John that one cannot encash the dollars until and unless the money earned through posting reaches $10.
It's not necessary that you be a mentor and only then you get paid. But it's not that tough to become a mentor too. Some of our community members have already reached that rank. So, just check out the rules for becoming a mentor as in http://www.mortgagefit.com/community/experts-mentors.html . Anytime you feel like asking/suggesting something just pm me. :)
