I cant figure out how to respond when someone sends a quick message? Is there a way to?

Hi Brian,
As I know of it, you cannot respond to someone who's a guest and not a member of our community. if it's a member, you need to click on the link with the member id and that will take you to his index page where you can reply him in the message box provided.
