Who owns the land Rodierc?
A quit claim deed is used for transfer of property a person owns.
If the land is owned by the co operative then you cannot quit claim to someone as you do not have ownership rights over it.

Hi Rodierc,
As the land is inside the co-operative, then the quitclaim deed, if made, will have to be issued in the name of the co-operative as the grantee.
