to creat a joint tenancy. My mother wants to include me
on her property, without a tax increase. Can a quit claims deed be used, stating that she deeds the property to __________(herself) and _________________(me)as joint tenants.
If so, will this avoid an increase in the tax at either of our deaths. When terminiating the joint tenancy.
