Im trying to re finance my home somi have a fixed intrest rate, and i was told i could not do this because my home was in a trust, and my wife passed away on 9/18/2013 also i was informed the home was included in my Walker Family Trust can you help

The home has to be removed from the trust in order to get it transferred in your name. In such a situation, it will be better to get in touch with a real estate attorney and take his opinion.
