want to add significant other to my deed. The quit clain deed say's I transfer ALL interest to her. Is this true.
Hi candleone!
Welcome to forums!
You can add your significant other with the help of a quitclaim deed. You will have to write your name as the "grantor" of the property whereas in place of the "grantee", you will have to write both your name and the other person's name. This will help you add her name to the property. You can get sample quitclaim deed forms online but it is always recommended that you take the help of an attorney to draft the deed.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
