Can I get out of a car note that I co-signed for my ex boyfriend? He's ruining my credit by being continuously late on his payments

quitclaim deeds can only be executed on real estate and they do not support vehicles. so you will not be able to file a quit claim deed on a vehicle.
you will not be able to get out of a car note by a quit claim deed. however, you can transfer the car note solely in the name of your ex-boyfriend if he permits so. this is the only way in which you can come out of the car note.
