hi there i need ur help please i am going to have closing in next week so, my question is the home lone its 50000 only under my sister name but what she is going to do she wanna do like quick claim deed to me onle she want me only me under the title home name so, now my question is i wanna know can i file the home tax return under my name only which is the lone under my sister but the title home under my name. i need answer to my question thank u alot
