would i use a quit claim deed to transfer my houses out of my ownership into my llc?...i own three properties -- two in enfield, nh and one in w. lebanon, nh. i would like to get the properties out of my name and put them in my business name to insure that my properties could never be taken if someone was to get hurt on one of the properties. should i fill out a quit claim deed to do this?
