Hello, please help. if my mother quiteclaim deeds her property to only one of her children, will me and my other sister be able to contest it in court and win?
No, not unless you can prove she was incompetent at the time.

It is your mother's property and she can give it to anyone she feels like. It will be completely her discretion as to whom she will transfer her property. There are high chances that you will lose the case.
