Can a quit claim change your ownership on title without you signing it if you are partial owner

If you haven't signed the quitclaim deed, then you would still be considered the owner of the property. If you haven't signed any document and still if your name has been removed from the property deed, then the co-owner's must have taken some illegal means to do that.
