prior to filing for divorce in 2005 my ex quit-claimed realestate to an LLC owned by he & sister. the sales from 2000-2008 totals >$925,000.00. I am back in court motioning for contempt. assets/funds were not disclosed at divorce hearing as i could not afford attorney at the time. how can i make this stick?
