i own an acre lot out in the country which currently has almost no value. can i use a quit claim deed to give ownership of this lot to the property owners association? if so, does someone who receives property via a quit claim deed have a legal ability to refuse to accept the quit claim deed after it's been recorded? thank you
you can give ownership using quit claim deed. once recorded it can not be refused.
