How do we quitclaim on a mobile home. Two of us own it together & I am buying him (co-owner), out. Thanks for your help. jb

You can contact a real estate attorney who will help you in drafting the quitclaim deed and also help you in filling it out. Once the deed is completely filled out, you will have to notarize and record the deed at the county recorder's office.

If the property is free and clear, then you can even use a warranty deed to get the property transferred in your name.
