take daughters name off deed

bought a condo timeshare in SC 1999, my name only,
in 2002 I put daughters name on as an owneer also,(to keep it in her hands incase I died)
Now I want to sell, without her haveing anything else to do with i(mutual consent)
any advise, Thanks , Louis

Your daughter will have to sign a quitclaim deed and transfer the property to you. Once she does so, then you'll be able to sell off the property.
