is there a time period after a quit claim deed has been filed for the grantee to transfer the quit claim deed back to the grantor?
Hi Rgina!

Welcome to forums!

I haven't heard of any such time period to transfer the property back to the grantor. If a grantee wants to transfer back the property to the grantor, then he/she can do it immediately. You can even contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this matter.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Hi Rgina,

I agree with Sussane. There is no such time period to transfer the property back to the grantor.

Thanks
