Can I quitclaim my share of a vacation property to my three children? The three children will share equally.
with a quit claim deed, you can transfer your ownership and interest in a property to others. here also, you can quit claim your share of a vacation property to your three children.

If the property is solely in your name and if it is free and clear, then you can sign a quitclaim deed and get the property transferred in your name.
