need a loan on permanent mobile home many additions make it permanent.they tax me as real estate but banks or other will not give me a loan even a reverse loan.I have ssa of 1400/mo I work $600.00/wk .very secure job . My credit score is only 550 because I don't have any outstanding loans?
some items on the credit reports have been there for 12+ years.I am a combat veteran and can't get anything. whats going on.I paid my mortgage ,I got a job and got a fixed income?yet nothing,falling thru the cracks? not fair

With a credit score of 550, it would be difficult for you to get any kind of mortgage. In order to get a conventional mortgage, you should have a minimum credit score of 700-720. As you do not have the required credit score, it won't be possible for you to qualify for a loan. You should first try and improve your score and then look out for loans. how about reverse mortgage they don't require a credit score
thats whats wrong with the economy 700-720 credit score is ridicules especially derived from not having or payed in full loans/accounts and not wanting anymore,so your late on a few, so what! take a risk buisinesses thats why you have insurance and why you can take it off your tax burdan.you do not lose, you win,win and make more money to boot.all of america is not stupid. all my tax burdan money goes to illegals.deport them like eisonhower did give the jobs back to us.ok I have vented.show this to obama he might do something.he is good
