working on the credit. You will need at least a 620 middle score to qualify right now. But, the good news is... once you get the scores up you would be looking in the low to mid 5's if it were today.
Find a good Loan Officer and ask them to walk you through a few credit repair tips. It may not take as long as you think, depending on a few of the tradelines.
