My loan is owned by fannie mae.do you have to make under a certain amount to qualify..trying to avoid pmi on a refi thanks Lee
If you qualify for the new program you do NOT have to pay PMI. :)

I would call a broker. They would be able to help see if you qualify for a loan. Tell them you are interested in teh DU Refi Plus program.
Guest, in addition....your current loan cannot have PMI.
