Asking again, Is there any place I can refiance my home I am currently paying 9.5 on 148,000 loan with a 580 credit score. I already tried with my mortgage company they just gave me a lousy modification and cannot do anything else which is CitiMortgage. Are there any programs out there for me?? Always pay my mortgage on time, just have a lot debt

frankly speaking, with a credit score of 580, it would not be possible for you to get a refinance. however, if there's a co-signer with a high credit score, your may be able to refinance. i would suggest you to speak to your lender in order to know whether he is ready to refinance the loan if someone cosigns for you.

You have mentoned that you pay on time. Then you could check what is the problem with the credit score. You should check the report and find any abnormalities. There are many methods to improve your score if you are paying on time. They are discussed in Credit repair forum in depth, please take advantage.
Secondly, yes, as adonis have mentioned, there is a little scope to apply for refinance with a co-signer.

If you have had mortgage lates you will have to be over a 551.
