What are the fees involved in closing costs? Should I include escrow amts. in the closing costs to get a total amount?
Your closing costs (excluding pre-paid items) should be a few thousand dollars. How much are you being quoted?
Total closing costs were 4726 minus prepaids 1,768 = 2,958. This seems high
Closing cost varies from state to state. I don't think that the closing costs which you've mentioned here is too high.
Does that i$2,958 includeyour title costs? If so, it doesn't seem that out of line.
