Hello everyone... We have a HELOC but the bank turned us down for refinance because the appraisal. We are not behind the payments but work hours have been cut which is making difficult to pay off the loan. What help can be available in this case?
If there is no equity in the property, the lender will not be ready to provide you with refinance. In that case, you will have to think of going for a short sale.
