Refinancing my deceased parents home. HELP

We are about to lose the home my mother and father worked so hard to buy. When my father died last year we found out he was seriously delingquent. We have a month to get pre-qualified for a loan. My brother and I are trying to find a lender to work with us, but the problem is my credit is poor, my brothers is good, and the loan amount we need is less than $50,000.

Who out there can help us?

Hi schardonald!

Welcome to forums!

You've mentioned that your brother's credit is good. In that case, your brother will be able to [url= for a mortgage[/url]. He should take the mortgage in his name and try to save the property. This community also has a large number of lenders. Your brother can seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation from the lenders of this community and check out if he can qualify for a loan.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
