i have been looking to refinance our mobile home. every lender i have contacted has told me that they only refinance mobile homes larger than a single wide. we have a 2008 single wide mobile home. we have never made a late payment. we have good credit, but i simply cannot find a lender that will refinance a single wide. our interest rate is ridiculous and i am afraid we will never be able to get into a better home if we cannot make any head way on this current mortgage.

As other lenders are not offering you better rates, I would suggest you to speak to your current lender and check out if he is ready to refinance the loan for you at a lower rate. You can even speak to the lenders of this community and seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from them.
