i'm on an adjustable rate mortgage and want to lock in a rate. should i refinance now or wait until after i get married? i am the owner of the home and do not plan on putting his name on the mortgage so will his salary even be a factor?

If you do not need his income, then you do not have to add him to the mortgage. You CAN add him to the deed when you refinance even if you are not married yet.
