I just found out that i cant work for awhile have to go through two knee surgeries and will be going on disability so my husband is the only one working we need to pay mobile home and car and put onone loansowe dont loose our home we are currently being asked to vacate prmisses. it is possible to roll unsecured credit card debts, equity loans and car loans into the home loan while refinancing. but this is not not quite advisable to attach your unsecured debts to the secured mortgage debt. by adding these debts into the mortgage, you will also end up paying much more interest over the term of the loan. if you will not be able to work for a while and your husband is the only one with an income, will it be possible for you to qualify for a refinance? will your husband's income and credit score be enough to qualify him for a loan?
