I bought a mobile home on land contract and it needs work. I am trying to finance with bad credit pay it off with a little extra to start fixing it up.
Not sure you are going to find a whole lot of lenders who will do a manf home on a land contract - but need a bit more information on your credit before I can lead you some place .. what do you mean by 'bad credit'.. score? lates? what makes it bad..

I do not know whether the lenders will offer you a bad credit loan, you can definitely try for mobile home improvement loans. These are also known as Title I Home Improvement loan. FHA offers such kind of loans.
