How long do you have to own a home before you can refincance

How long do you have to own a home before you can refincance it?...Owning a home for how long to get it refinanced? In Kansas City Kansas.

As far as I know, you will have to own a home for at least 8 to 12 months before you can refinance it once again. Before that, I don't think the lenders will be ready to refinance the property.

it's depend on many situation it's around 7-10 Months, if you want get some good lender you can try this "mortgagexyz.info" , you can search and compare many lender just in one place. hope it help.
