hi,we have a 1976 mobile home that is not on a permenant foundation it is on land but we cant get a 433 due to the lot is a non conforming lot we do own it and its value is around 180.000.00 employment is good and stable and credit score is between 620 and 650 what is our best bet?

your credit score may be fair but you don't have a permanent foundation on the mobile home. so chances of getting a conventional mortgage are less. you can still qualify for fha mortgage though they won't offer a cash-out refinance loan. so, best thing is to take out a personal loan but it will be available at higher rates compared to that of a mortgage.
