Hasanyone used Prospect Mortgage. Like previously stated We have submitted an offer on a shorty. If current lender fails us on refi we will need someone who can get ur done

I don't have a personal experience with Prospect Mortgage. However, as you've submitted the mortgage application shortly, you should wait for sometime and check out if they accept your request. If they don't accept your request, then you'll have to contact other local lenders of your area and get to know whether you can get a loan. This community has a large number of lenders.
