I own eight properties all with mortgages. Would like to refi one or two, but need a lender that can do 80LTV.

did you speak with your current lender for a refinance? if not, then you should first speak to him regarding this. in case if the lender is not ready for a refinance, then you can check out your options with other lenders. this community also has a large number of lenders. you can seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation from them. this will let you know whether or not you would qualify for a loan.

There are some lenders allowing up to 10 financed properties again.
